She plays favorites all the time. Very lazy and very rude. You walk intothe office and she greets you with what do you want!!!! Not may I help you. A real winner. If the complex wants to do better they should remove her and get someone new. She cannot even add manager's comment of the complex on the summit westwood website because she HAS NO COMMENTS!!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!
