The complex and people were wonderful the first few months I lived here. After the management switched around, things got awful. Parking has gotten horrible, especially at night. Anyone can park and leave their cars, boats, or trailers for an indefinite period. There was a rash of car break-ins in the area during 2003, but the office NEVER told anyone about it. Most people found out when they saw the cops fingerprinting a busted window.

One experience of mine was having a rent check lost. We were then told that we never paid, and no, they didn't lose it, because we didn't give them one. We were not allowed to pay the next month because we hadn't paid the previous month. Then they wanted both months plus exorbitant late fees. Then before we could pay, we were given court papers. The only thing that made management back down was getting a lawyer.

This place just plain sucks now. I'd rather live under a bridge.
