We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank each and every resident who participated in our Resident Satisfaction Survey. This year we tried a new approach to our survey. An outside company randomly called a percentage of our residents asking them specific questions regarding their apartment and the community. We are thrilled to say that we scored a 4.31 out of 5 points putting us in the category of "Superior"! As a reminder, last year we put the surveys on every door in the community and the people that responded helped us to earn a 84.4 out of 100, making us "Very Good". Again, we would like to thank all of our residents for making this a great community and promise to improve on all of the areas you suggested!
