Althought the location is great, the staff is lousy and the overall appearance of the place has declined tremondously. It took them 4 days to clear ice from the sidewalks into the building entrance. They will lie to get you to move in. I am the only one on my whole floor. People move out as soon as possible due to the train that runs just behind the building, which of course, they do not tell you about. The maintance staff is friendly, but no one gives them the information correctly, so things don't get repaired.
