Overall I would have to agree with complaints regarding the office staff. They are usually very snobby during encounterments and seem to have a "know it all" personality. Although they've had some pretty cute managers :) but all the girls are really stuck-up and literally look like birds. They do have one really nice maintenance sup. named Marv he helped me break into my car when I aciddentally locked my keys inside one time. The property itself is gorgeous, nice size bedrooms/living rooms but since I work in property management myself I have a little higher expectation of customer service from the office staff. They also do really high renewal increases 5-7%. You have to argue them down or even put in your notice to get them to come down on the price. It is a nice area but TOO many newer properties are offering concessions to sit there and damn near pay a "mortgage payment" on a 2 bedroom apartment.

I dont think anyone will be too interested in your comment... you had to break in your car... you feel that bad about yourself that you have to call the office staff names. WOW you need some help.
