What a heap the property is lately. You can't go one minute without seeing something trashy, whether it's somebody's litter or just somebody loitering on the grounds. We have police living here, but this doesn't seem to deter the hoodlums from swarming in. You can't walk outside at night and feel safe, because there are too many hoods hanging around in the dark. The beer cans littered outside my apartment by the boat area are really attractive in the spring sunshine! It is a real shame that an upscale community can go to the dogs so fast, when they let people of this caliber move in and destroy it. I especially love jumping out of the way of speeders or stepping in crap from the people who have dogs. If I had a dog I would let it crap all over the office steps so they could see how it feels. Don't let me forget the wonderful smell of burnt curry wafting through the air every day. It is enough to make you sick. Don't even think about moving in, unless you are from Durham then you may as well come on over for the special of the month.

If you think this place is horrible, you've got a lot to learn. This is the nicest place I've lived in. I just moved from The Groves @ Cary Park and it was the ghetto. I searched far and wide to find the nicest apt. complex I could, I went to over 20 places in cary, Apex, and Morrisville, and narrowed it down to this place. between the 4 people living in my apt we have all lived in at least 8-10 diff. apt complexes around here and this has by far, been the best any of us have lived in.

It would be great if we had mature people write these reviews. That way, one can actually make an educated decision on the apartment complex. This review has been the lease helpful thus far. It is apparent that the author has serious issues. They are not only racist, but ignorant as well. By the way, my sister has a half a million dollar house in Durham. Only an ignorant man speaks abou something that he knows nothing about.
