DO NOT MOVE HERE

(1) Incompetent management that changes weekly. In roughly 6 months, the entire office staff changed
(2) The apartments are VERY dated - appliances are shoddy and work poorly, the facing is peeling off of the cabinets, my dishwasher was not attached to the cabinets, there was a gas leak from the fireplace, the hot water heater is marginal
(3) Fire trucks show up and leave and the management never lets the residents know what is happening
(4) The electricity has failed three times in 6 months and was out for several hours on two different times
(5) Garage doors open and close by themselves.
(6) Can not access garages when power is off - management lost the keys to the bypass locks
(7) People speed through the parking lot - it is so bad that the management wont park across the drive from their office!!!
(8) Grill at the pool was broken for months
(9) There is ONE trash dumpster and it is not centrally located. People carry their trash to the dumpster on the trunks of their cars
(10) Dumpster has overflowed on multiple occasions. PILES Of Christmas trees were in the parking lots for days
(11) The entire front parking lot at the main building is under construction now with jackhammers and other loud equipment operating until 730 or 8PM
(12) THe CABLE TV is provided as part of the rent - dont do that - the apartment uses their own equipment that causes channels to FREEZE and stay frozen with one non-moving picture that goes on for DAYS. If you have a plasma TV, kiss it goodbye - it will be damaged. Also, there are synchronization problems with the audio and video on cable. It is like watching a foreign movie.
(13) THere are three or four garages at the back of the apartment that are apparently being used for a car repair facility. There are a number of inoperable cars that never leave the parking lot.
(14) Dryer vents are clogged around the facility - you can see the dust blocking the vents. This is a fire hazard for sure.
(15) And unless you have a really hard helmet, I would avoid the office area as the Spire at the top of the office building has a rotting base that is likely to be a falling 10 foot piece of spiked wood in the near future.
(16) Other than the aforementioned, this is a great place......
