Worst apartment ever!
I've lived in a few apartments in my time, and this is by far the worst. One previous post said it best when they called it a pig in a dress.
It took seven phone calls and two office visits to get a stopped up toilet fixed - not just once but TWICE. The only way to get them to do anything is to go in there when they have several potential residents there and talk to them about it in front of them. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AFTER YOU SIGN THE LEASE! I cant stress that enough. They do not respond to any phone calls or messages, their favorite form of communication is sneaking up to your door when you are home and taping a note to your door. There is trash everywhere, management is rude and arrogant, there is someone running a mechanics shop out of the garages by the carwash, and its just overall not good. They try really hard to push you to pay online, but be careful,even if you pay online on time, it may still be late! If the website which is run by them doesnt process your payment on time its your fault and they try to charge late fees! Abandon hope all ye who enter here!

Right on...they dont care, cant answer simple questions, buy the assistant a bottle of champaign and she'll waive your late fees or even your penalty for moving out!! Fair housing, right.....If you dont live here, stay away, you will have the same regrets!
