I read lot of reviews, literally scanned morrisville, cary & durham area and finally settled down at camden westwood.
so here is my viewpoint about this apartment complex.

Pros

1. Apartments are nice and clean,
2. Locality is calm and quiet, and no "loittering teenagers"
3. Management is very prompt in maintenance, my trash disposal motor broke down and they replaced it with a new one without any hesitation. !

4. many were complaining the sound of a train passing near by..I stay in the apartment block close to the track, ofcourse train have noise but not in a "noticable" level for instance you will not even know the train passing if your TV is switched on.

(secret: before moving in to this apartment I was skeptical about the noise and made few visits to the residential area met one of the tenant and he said it is OK.)

5. The signal infront of the apartment seems to be a blessing to me, as you can safely merge into the flowing traffic, without waiting for a "kind driver" to allow you to merge to the beeline of cars ! This is very important as you "encounter" this every morning.

6. Pool and Gym may be one of the best available in the area.

Cons

1. The Blinds are not fitted properly to the windows, you have to figure out a way to tilt the blinds to get privacy
2. Most of the Doors are fitted with nice looking golden handles but the door fitment is bad and you cannot really lock any doors .( the front door is OK and safe).
3. most of the 1st floor(ground floor) apartments dont have the luxury of patio as their patios are open to the parking lot.
4. Apartments dont have in-built microwave which is almost a standard feature around morrisville apartments.

Individual perceptions can change, so dont blindly believe in the % of good reviews and % of bad reviews....
