Ohhh...Camden is soooo great, things have never been better! Does that sound familiar' The camden staff is notorious for writing their own reviews on this site in order to boost their scores!! Please, as a former Camden resident, and as a former APARTMENT MANAGER, let me un-arbitrarily explain to you how they control these websites. I no longer manage apartment complexes and now reside many states away from NC. However, it is atrocious how apartment management companies take control of these sites.

First- Valet Waste- their cost is roughly $10 per apartment! I should know, I called them up and had their marketing person visit me at an alternative complex to 'sell me' their product. Actually, it is fantastic, they offer a charge of about $10 per apartment and guarantee they will never charge you if you are in the 'red'!!! How much does Camden charge...right..all PROFIT!!!

The staff changes weekly, they will charge you up to your security deposit when you move out, and I am pending litigation against them in the near future! THEY SUCK DONT MOVE HERE!!!! IF YOU DO NOT BELIEVE ME, CALL UP ALLIED WASTE AND PRETEND TO BE AN APARTMENT COMPLEX!!!! THE RATES WILL BE THE SAME!!!! DO NOT EVER MOVE HERE!!!

PS- I am sure the staff will right a fantastic review in response to my pessimistic viewpoint! Just wait a little bit!!! They read these reviews more than you do!!!!!!

I dont think that is right! I know we make at least 15 bucks per apartment on trash pickup, but your numbers may be off!!! Hehehehe!!! Oh...is that a snickers bar in the pool or a piece of sh...&...?
