Residents are friendly, but I don't recommend.

The residents are very friendly here. I moved from out of state and didn't qualify to live other apartments around Cary or Morrisville. Camden accepted me, but it is very crowded here. When someone moves out, another resident moves in less than a week later. And the frequency of move-ins is very high. So expect to see moving trucks almost every week. This also makes parking somewhat of a task. I do agree with some reviews that the management writes you off as soon as you move in. When my wife who was 9 months pregnant at the time needed an golf cart ride back to her apartment instead of walking in 90 Degree heat, they refused. When I moved in I mentioned that there were water leaks by the windows in my check-in sheet. No one came by the check. Non-residents are constantly driving in and out of the place, which makes the traffic and crowding problem even worse.

I agree with this posting. I went to look at the apartment and there were three moving trucks and very limited parking.
