I found a 3bed apartment advertised in two websites (Craigslist & Rent.com) for the same price. I contacted Camden that same day and I received email confirmation from one of their representatives. Later that day, I was contacted via phone by two other Camden representatives, they confirmed the rate & scheduled an appointment for me to see the apt the next day. When visited the the Leasing Company we received very unprofessional service from the representative and the manager; neither of these two Camden representatives honored what both websites advertised and the email confirmation quoted me. They even RECORDED my phone conversations without my knowledge!!! Even though the same quoted rate was disclosed to me on the recorded conversation, they refused to honor the quote!!!
Camden also has two additional IMPOSED fees: $30 trash pick up fee and a $48 cable fee. You may ask yourself, what if you don't want to pay that $78 fee every month' YOU DON'T HAVE A CHOICE!
I need to add that the kitchen in in the 1bed to the 3bed is made for people who don't like to cook, lol. It's designed in a ridiculous small L-Shape; no microwave and only one person fits at a time.
Please don't waist your time with this, they should really be reported to the Better Business Bureau!

No where in the email was the imposed additional fees for garbage and cable mentioned.

I also learned about the extra $78 for the total rent and was disappointed. Was excited to schedule a visit to them but changed my mind after reading lots of bad reviews about their unprofessional manner.
