Apartment is nice & amenities are as well. Although there are alot of dogs & I notice that people don't pick up after them the way that they should. So you see that everywhere. Also we've lived here for a short period of time & have already gotten our vehicle broken into, as well as seven others in the same morning. Poor response from management. Makes you feel somewhat unsafe. Although your apartment does come with a "security system".

Hmm... I wonder what building you live in. I have not come across dog poop ONCE on the ground since I have been here (and that is going on about three and a half weeks now). If you want to see a place where people do not pick up after themselves and their dogs, go to my old apartment complex (Camden Manor) and just have a look. They will live crap on the sidewalks in plain view! People are a lot better about picking up here than anywhere I have ever seen.
Also, the apartment complex addressed the issue that cars had been broken into. I believe that I saw one of the unfortunate victim cars yesterday. I kinda believe the nicer the apartment complex, the more apt it is to be hit with buglaries. Poor people don't want to steal from other poor people, you know? My ex's car was stolen from Camden in 2006 and the office staff sent out a notice about six months later advising people with Hondas to beware of thieves.
I am so sorry for your loss and I hope they found out who did it.
