I get more and more frustrated every time I read these reviews! If all you can come up is "gross and loud" I suggest you save us all from having to read your idiotic opinion. Colonial Grand is not loud, and if you didn?t realize we live near the airport and the highway, you clearly weren?t paying attention when you signed your lease. And it is very humid and there are a lot of bugs, but realize this is NC and we are near a lake, unless of course you didn?t pick up on that either. Keep your door shut and your apartment neat and you shouldn?t have problems. I live right near the lake and never have bugs so it?s clearly not impossible.

The construction seems fairly good and remember, when you live in a building with multiple units, you are going to hear your neighbors sometimes, it happens EVERYWHERE!! The apartments here have many extras and believe me, if you want crown molding and tile floors in a brand new house, you have to pay extra! All of my neighbors enjoy living here too, and we are only moving because we just built a new house.

Here's the news flash... you live in an APARTMENT. Try buying a house if you don't like living here. Oh... that's right... you can't afford it. Get a life and quit putting down this apartment community.

Wow - you are ignorant! Maybe one of the most ignorant people I have ever heard in my life! People live in apartments for numerous reasons - not just because they can't afford a house! Get a life, you idiot!
