this place is not very nice at all. Just look at what the management does if you write anything honest about these dumps. Sure, there's crown molding. So what' There are appliances. Those aren't extras - those are what drew us into this web of deceit. Looks great on the web - it really does. And then you drive into the place, and again, it looks nice. You ask honest questions like, "can you hear the planes from the airport" and you are told in no uncertain terms, "no." It's not really all that productive to go through a litany of why this place is so gross, but I will say that the people I've spoken with who live here can't wait to get out, many relocated here and work in rtp and as soon as their leases are up, they (like us) are out. There is a lot of turnover here, because the place is not a nice place to live. I've lived in many apartment complexes and in private homes, in multiple states. This is the worst place I've ever lived. And the office staff leaves much to be desired. I only wish there was a way to get every single person who lives here to write reviews of this pit of an apartment complex. It's not right that you can hear your neighbors every time they use the bathroom or open a cabinet in their kitchen or open their car doors. Simply not right.

Oh, and the "can't afford it" comments, clearly from people who work here - not who live here - that's just petty and mean, pretty much indicative of what you'll be dealing with if you choose to live here. Fact is, most people can afford to buy a house or condo for the price of the apartments here. I know at least people including myself that are doing just that. Maybe, instead of addressing superfluous comments you might want to address the real problems, like the ones depicted by channel 11' Or maybe the lawsuit, that may go class action' (there is a pending lawsuit based on mold in these "premium" apartments.)
