Is it just me or do some of these comments in the reviews with ratings of 4 & 5 sound IDENTICAL to statments made by CG Arringdon staff to residents when they have filed complaints'
In fact I think some of them are actually taken directly from their markieting pieces!
DO NOT RENT HERE!
MILLIPEDES EVERYWHERE. Yes, we live in NC, Yes, we live near a lake. YES, I live on the third floor. NO, I do not leave my door open. NO, I do not leave my windows open.
I left my house for 2 days & vaccumed prior to leaving. I returned home to 85 Millipedes all over my floor. YES, I COUNTED!!
They do seem to come in from the edging of the carpet and they are EVERYWHER.
There is nothing worse than getting up to go to the bathroom iin the middle of the night and here & feeling something go crunch under your bare foot, only to dicover it's a bug!!!
