As I read the reviews from all frustrated past and present tenants, I find myself regretting the fact that I hadn't read them before I got into this mess. It's been almost a year since I've moved in, can't wait to get out! Not impressed by any means.

I feel that I can relate to all complaints, and it's really sad to know that there are so many that are factual. Not to mention-the management/staff has put out very little effort to fix these ongoing issues. I have recently discovered Fireants in my bedroom. Not a good time. They have bitten me several times, even in my bed. I have reported it to mgt.-seems to have gotten better but still seeng them. Reading reviews that date back to the beginning of 2004, I've found that we are still dealing with the same problems. CG looks like a nice quiet place to come home to....not so. Between parking, noise, bugs, obnoxious neighbors, and my power bill (due to poor insulation) I will be looking elsewere very soon.

It will take a lot of effort to make this place what it should be-what I thought it was initially. Though, I do have to compliment the staff for tolerating so much. I wouldn't want your job.
