I was thrilled with the upscale appearance of the clubhouse and apartments, but the buildings were poorly built and I had to live with higher utility bills due to construction on the landings that included replacement of the exterior wall of the 2nd BR closet. In addition, I would wake up to loud hammering of the construction crew and on a few occasions, the crew would enter my home during the day to complete repair work.

I would only get irritated with parking when I had a load of groceries to carry in and had to walk a mile to my door.

Also, the noise issue is a problem. I am a very tolerant person and I had to actually ask neighbors a few times to be a bit more mindful of music and "running " overhead.

The management staff was the WORSE! They talked a good game when I first moved in, but could never back up all their promises upon moving in.

I even had a function in the lovely clubhouse that was disrupted by a visiting MOUSE!!!!!! I was so embarrassed.

Construction on the building that I resided in to remove the mold is still not complete -a year later.

Bottom-line: It looks lovely, so you may still be persuaded to live there, but just make sure that mold is not an issue in the building that you lease. Although, I never experienced this, make sure that you check the carpet for millipedes... seemed like that was a big issue around poolside apartments and it doesn't matter what floor. Check out the parking situation at night when most residents are home. Make sure that upstairs neighbors don't have small kids or pets as you will be able to hear every playful step they make. Make sure all management promises are in writing. Read your lease carefully. It has lots of potential to improve, but I've yet to see it done satisfactorily.
