From bad entrance drive construction (you'll know what I am talking about if you just visit... when you hit the bump, turn around... its not worth the extra drive to the office) to out-of-code stairwell construction that is constantly being redone (THE PLACE IS BARELY 2 YEARS OLD TOO!'!'!'!) to poor lighting, to poor bill management (trying to backcharge for their own screw-ups), to complete disregard for resident comfort.. i think its obvious that this place should really be sold to a more capable leasing management team. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to live. That goes for anyone looking and anyone that currently lives there.
