I have read these reviews and I have to say that Colonial Grand did have a few issues at one time however since the new staff has gotten in they have really cleaned up the place and the people living here. The former manager used to get drunk with the residents and hang out by the pool. She was a push over and let people do what they want if they raised enough hell. Now that their are professional people enforcing the rules and making the proper adjustments it has ticked off the group that moved in under the old manager. I say good for the new staff and good bye ignorant neighbors.The current staff is really trying to improve the community as well as the quality of people living here and I am glad for it because I was considering moving previously. Now I don't have too, much to my relief because it really is a beautiful place with a great location.
