This place is so falsely advertised its a pure shame. The staff is highly trained in telling you all the false inacccurate information you want to hear such as "you'll ne moving into a marvelous apartment". Of course, the truth is the complete opposite. Dirty, filthy, mold, etc. The staff is only concerned with keeping a job and not the residents at all. You can do much better than this place. Do your research elsewhere and leave this dumps right where it is.
