Very high power bills--like $170/month or more for a 2-bdr.-- even with being careful, not leaving things on, etc. Just a warning.

The parking problem is not at all a problem for me, but I probably live at the other end of the complex. It's heavy in some areas and light in others. All in all, there's plenty room, but if you're in certain areas you might have to walk a little bit.

No you don't have to put it in your apartment, just get off your lazy butt and take it to trash compactor. If you see these men you say you see drinking in lot call 911. I think that would be the smart thing to do. Instead of complaining about it do something,its your home too.

Being lazy has nothing at all to do with there being NO ROOM IN THE TRASH COMPACTOR, or could you not understand that when you read it????

Honestly, if you and everyone else like you wait til the last minute to throw away your trash then yes, the compactor is going to get full. you wrote "Are we supposed to keep it in our apartment from Friday to Monday?!?!?!"...obviously YOU keep it in there that long if the only time you ever empty it is on the weekends. if everyone didn't leave their trash in the breezeway and actually threw it away when they needed to, it wouldn't pile up so fast. Loveitthere84 said it right when they said to call 911 if you see shady activity. i'm sure you saw something shady and said to yourself "YES ANOTHER BAD THING TO POST ON APARTMENT RATINGS!" while running to the computer, instead of being smart and calling the police. the world is a crazy place, and you need to be aware of your safety. stop complaining and take care of yourself and neighbors. so selfish...
