This is a really nice place and rent is very good in comparison to other communities near by. I have friends that live at Brier Creek and we are less than 5 min. from there and they pay hundreds of dollars more than I do per month. Anytime I have ever needed anything done for apartment, it is always addressed promptly. I think if there ever is a problem the manager and staff is always willing to help. In my opinion they go above and beyond their job requirements.
