In the beginning it seemed to be all good. However, the infestation of spiders, other "nameless" bugs and even a centipede have definitely turned me off. You sign up for spraying of the bugs and are told it was done, but it was not because you spent that day at home and no one came by (this has occured twice so far).

The real turn-off however, is the condescending attitude of the staff. The act like they think that a resident is dumb, and should just be gratefull for living here. Very very condescending, attutude that they try to portray as being helpful and friendly. They are definitely phony folks. People pay hard earned money to rent.

I have too experienced phony episodes from the staff. Hopefully more folks will realize and report these folks to the right people. This complex is questionable.

There may be some in the staff that are, but there are also genuine people who do care in the office too
