I lived at Colonial Grand @ Arringdon for most of 2006 and really enjoyed my stay. The property is beautiful, our building had plenty of parking and the staff and neighbors were friendly yet respected our privacy. The community is VERY pet friendly - if you have pets and like apartmentmetn community life, I can't think of a better place to live. We recently moved into a new house, but I must admit I miss the Colonial Grand atmosphere (nice walking areas, doggy stations and lots of other couples with dogs) and convinience (its in a great location, the unit itself was very modern, spacious and private).
My only real complaint was that the office staff seemed to have a poor package tracking system for UPS/FedEx and USPS deliveries. We made many online purchases and a few times we recieved delivery slips at our door or in our mailbox, and trucked over to the office only for them to look puzzled over why they cant find our package. That was frustrating - everything else was great!
