I have recommended this place to several people.(2 years) The office staff has improved 10-fold!!! The maintainance staff has and will always be terrific! The apartments themselves are gorgeous and very comfortable to live in...loaded with features that most apartment complexes don't even dream of! And I am moving for the only 1 reason that could make me move back to New England (unfortunate familial obligations). And last but not least...nothing beats the Colonial Grand summer life...going down to the pool with some barbecue supplies and a cool drink...it's great...and even if you forget the ice...the clubhouse is right there! OOps forgot 1 thing...Parking is the only downside...you might have to park further and hike it a little bit...only con though! Promise!
