Did you know that most of the positive comments about this community are being posted by staff! The community advertises that no agressive breeds are allowed. That is NOT true there are pit bulls all over this community and some without leashes. The office staff is more concerned about themselves then any concerns about the residents. This is just a job for them that they can leave the property after 5pm and go away. The staff has no clue what is going on in the community by choice.

You obviously have not lived at the complex as long as you claim! The office staff has improved dramitically! And you also must not know to much about dogs! The apartment complex is not full of Pit Bulls!!! However, the apartment complex does have a bunch of Boxers. And you can add this to your little Doggies 101 lesson, Boxers are one of the friendliest dog breeds! Meaning they make an especially great breed for a social community such as Colonial Grand! And one other thing...for most of the office staff this is not just a job...for most of the office staff this is also there home! Almost all of the office staff has resided, or is currently residing at Colonial Grand! So you seem to be the one that is not seeing things, by choice!

YOU ARE A LIAR. ALL THE MAINTENANCE STAFF HAS MOVED OFF THE PREMISE. I DO KNOW PITS BULLS CAUSE I BREED THEM IN RALEIGH. AND YES THEY ARE IN BLDG 9O0, 300, AND RIGHT ACROSS FROM THE OFFICE SO GET A CLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was told that only one staff member lives here when I moved in. The others just hang around (like they do during the work day).
