I have lived here in Colonial Grand for 2 years coming up on time to renew my lease. I love it here. I have no problems. Make a decision for yourself. Office people are very nice and quick to try to help you. I have been living in apartments for 7 years and this is one of the best yet. Great location and close to my job. I like being so close to Brier Creek and I can jump right onto 40 and go where ever I need to go. I am not going to try and rebuttle all the rambling fools on here, which I think are probably the same handful of people with nothing better to do than bash a beautiful place. Just check it out for yourself and make your own decisions. It really is a very nice place and I have several people I have referred here and they love it as well.
