Everyone is entitled to their opinion and perspective per their perceived experiences. Please be respectful to others living next to you as well as those posting opinions in opposition to yours. These disagreements on this web site reflect the same situations between residents we are expected to referee on a daily basis.

We are very Customer Service oriented however there are protocols, policies and legal lines we must operate within. The majority of the time these do not permit us to resolve an issue within the desired time span. Our ulitmate goal is to maintain your home and provide Star service. We can not resolve social, domestic or any personal disputes.

We strongly encourage anyone experiencing anything of concern to contact our office immediately upon noticing it is a trend or ongoing so that we can resolve it before it becomes a major issue.

Every community has at least one area where parking is tight as do we.
We have repeatidly requested via newsletter that only ONE vehicle be parked at the building of residence all additional vehicles are to be parked in the additional parking places. Guests are to park in the Guest parking over by the Lake.

We are in the process of seeking alternatives and solutions. If you have suggestions please submit them to our office.

Please be assured the Colonial Grand @ Arringdon Team would like to have a community that everyone can enjoy coming home to in peace. This is an on going goal that we work towards from the time we arrive until the time we leave.
