We have lived here for almost a year, and the apartment is great! Of course the walls are thin but what apartment complex walls aren't. The problem is they claim to be pet friendly, but are not. A couple of months after moving in they send out in a news letter that a pet park is on the way, but now all we get is notices on pet problems and the possiblility of eviction. You must also take your animal to the office and get a picture for documentaion. Recently they sent out a survey and the only complaint I have is the office staff. They are unprofessional, rude, and completely disrespectful. For example, I called the office and spoke to the manager and his response was don't worry I ain't mad at ya. So move here if you don't have any animals, you don't need to park close to your apartment, you never have to take out the trash, and you never need to deal with the office staff!! If you can look past all that the apartment is awesome. I just wished I would have read what was said before I signed for a year! Oh yeah, and with the current water restrictions should we really water everynight'

It's Funny that you say it's great and then say bad things about the staff they must have been nice if you signed a year lease. Funny how that is.

I must say we too have had numerous problems with the staff at the office. They are EXTREMELY rude and all professionalism goes out the window after a lease is signed. BEWARE!!!
