My husband and I were looking for an apartment due to the fact we sold our house before it went into foreclosure. I knew there were some things we would have to adjust to but we were ready for the challenge.
Grand at Arringdon has been the best! I am very thorough and when searching for an apartment, I came to Apartment Ratings. Arringdon had a 31% rating and I must admit I was very skeptical, esp after reading the reviews. However, after being obedient to God, we moved here.
I can honestly say, we have enjoyed being here. The pool is great, the workout room and the clubhouse is great. We have had several minor maintenance issues and they were fixed promptly. Yes, parking is a little rough after 9pm. Yes, you can hear your neighbors sometimes. And yes, the trash compactor gets full on the weekends. But what do you expect You live in an APARTMENT COMPLEX with 200-300 other people. If you focus on the bad, that's all you're going to see. Try to make the best out of every situation. Everything is not going to be perfect at any apartment no matter where you go. If you give off a bad attitude, that's what you're going to get.

I want to encourage every person that's looking to move here. Even though you really have to experience things for yourself, I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment complex!
