We have definitely found the best kept secret in town at Indigo. This brand new concrete-built apartment complex, located right in the heart of RTP, really impressed us with their generosity. First, the gated community and the security alarm system in each unit are awesome. They also give you a free washer & dryer (in the one-bedroom units) and the appliances in our unit are "Kenmore". The faucets are "Delta". We haven't seen that many brand names in a lot of complexes we visited. The carpet is lush and thick and the paint doesn't chip easily, so you can tell that the quality is high. The six-panel doors and the ceiling fans add a nice touch to the whole unit. We love the detached garage, especially on the icy and snowy days. We also found out that they do criminal record checks on all potential tenants. That really made us feel safer - knowing that our neighbors would have been pre-screened! Our current neighbors are really nice and considerate though. We've never had a problem with noise either - even on nights or weekends. Joe and his Indigo maintenance team have been very quick to respond when we called. Most of all, the Indigo staff members from Page to Michelle are angels. They are always nice to you regardless of how many requests you manage to come up with. They do their best to accommodate your needs. Besides the apartment itself, Page was the main reason we decided to sign the lease at Indigo within 24 hours, and we moved in the following week. Let me put it this way Ticon Properties really knows what they are doing. We wish we could sign a 5-year lease!


We're real tenants who live here. We are not getting paid by Indigo to write this report. We did spend a lot of time writing it because we love the apartment so much. We have been here for quite some time and the Indigo staff members know each of us by name!

the criminal background check is a joke. they may check it, but they certainly don't refuse to rent to criminals. 2 people have been arrested in my building this summer, plus another person told me he has been to prison twice.

you have to remember that Parents or other people rent apartments for there people without informing the office..there are ways to get around the background checks

This is the dumbest review I have ever read. A total scam to sell these -----hole apartments. DON'T BELIEVE IT FOLKS!! GO ELSEWHERE!
