I have been living here for about 3 months and found it to be a pretty good deal. I used to pay more for a one bedroom that's across the street. Now I'm living in a two bedroom townhome with plenty of room to spare. The rent is the most awesomest part of this community. However, you have to realize that you are paying less. That means, you wont get great stuff like car wash, internet (they have computers but no internet access or printer - the printer was stolen by someone!!), and other perks that you would get at some communities.

The quality of this place, however, is not as to standard to most places. I have lived here for three months and have been having problems with chip paint, crooked shelves, spider webs when I first moved in, flooding kitchen from the toilette above, and insect problems. But for the price that I am paying, I'd let it slip.

Customer service is also pretty awesome. Paige is my favorite one out of all. She is always so enthusiastic and helpful! She does not mind helping at all. I dont know about the other ones because I havent had much interactions with them but Michelle seemed to be pretty helpful sometimes.

Neighbors can be a little ghetto at times. I think it depends which part of the community you stay in. For example, last Sat night, a group of people were hanging outside for about 30 mins at 4am in the morning, screaming and laughing. Occasionally you will also see people throwing parties until midnight or later. That's one thing I didnt see when I was touring the apartment. That's also one thing that they can't tell you because of fair housing. So, depending on your preference, you can say there are good and bad things about this community. For the price that I am paying, I'll suffer through all the pain, until it gets more unbearable.
