Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I lived here for 6 months while interning in RTP. Its very reasonably priced for the area and a nice place to live, but not the fanciest place in the world. I never had any problems with other residents or managment. When I first moved in there was a minor problem with my dishwasher, but that was resolved quickly. I would definitely recomend this place to other students who come into the area to intern.
