I used this site to find Indigo and have been pretty happy with it for the two months I have been here. I am on the top floor in the back of the complex, which I requested. I have heard complaints about noise on the lower floors, but on top is just fine. Katharine, the assistant office manager is very nice and helpful. Apartment was pretty clean when we moved in, carpets were just cleaned (still wet) and walls freshly painted. The appliances, lights, etc are all new and pretty good quality. Parking right in front of the buildings can be a problem and some people park next to the curb because they are too lazy to walk the extra 50 feet for a parking spot, but there are always spots available close by. I have yet to have a maintinance problem, but once asked them to come program my security system and they were out that day. Most neighbors seem pretty friendly. There are a pretty fair number of dogs, but there is not that much noise from them. There are occasional piles of poop in the grass, but there are a few well known poop-zones that most dogs use. Security does not seem like much of an issue, I have never seen the police out for anything serious, but the "gated" community feature is a joke. The gates are open during business hours and at night they stay open for 3-4 minutes after a car goes through, so there is lots of tailgating.
