When I moved to the complex about 2 years ago, it was a very nice and quaint community. People were friendly and courteous. We had BBQs and community activities. Recently, I have noticed that the quality of the apt. complex has gone down hill. Esp. at my building, the new tenants are not nice at all, they like to take up 2 parking spaces when they park, play very loud music as they drive around the complex, they leave trash bags and pizza boxes outside of their door (for more than 2 days!) when the dumpster is right across the street, on the first floor there is trash everywhere from cigarette butts to styrofoam cups right before you go up the stairwell. The neighbors are rowdier than ever playing loud music till wee hours in the morning. Having the balcony look over the pool was nice until you wake up saturday and sunday mornings (8am or so) to a bunch of people screaming at the pool and trying to sleep at night with people still screaming at the pool area and you see them throwing the chairs that are provided at the pool area tossed into the pool. Not to mention the quality of the pool water is horrendeous! Cloudy, not clear at all. Management are nice when they want to be. I have had a request put in and they are usually very attentive but I have yet to see them do anything about the garage. Like some of the the other reviewers has said..its pretty cheap to live here but you definitely get what you pay for. If I knew that this change was coming I wouldnt of renewed my lease.

why do people want to throw the chairs in the pool and leave trash outside their building? do they not realize that they still have to look at it the next day? some people have no pride...
