I have been living here for about 7 months now and I can honestly say it is a pretty good place to be and safe. It is close to Brier Creek, the new food lion, and is close to Durham! It is a good place for college aged students and it is quick to NCCU.Page has been really helpful and attentive. I am on the 3rd floor on adelaide circle and that side is really quiet and peaceful. It is near every highway so you can get to any place in a timely fashion. As a woman I feel safe here b/c of the gates and the pool is a feature that I enjoy there often, the fitness center equipment was broken for a couple of weeks, but it is fixed now! I do agree however that it looks as if people who blast music and stuff like that are coming through this community more. I do not feel scared or unsafe here at all is the point I am trying to make. No problem w/ crime or breakins. You get many amenitites. no water bill, w/d included. People respond to needs well and good place for the money. if I did not need to move as a result of my new job, I would NOT move from here! I think you get your money's worth and they have good specials and offers! From what I have seen so far Ticon is a good company, no place is perfect, but this is a fine place to live in my opinion. I would say come on if you are looking for a starter place or if you are trying to save and the townhomes are nice. Come take a look for yourself! located near Kemps Seafood as well-good place to eat!!
