I've lived here since November of 2005, and It's been a very positive experience.

You can't beat the rent prices, especially since it sits at the entrance to the RTP Park. A full shopping strip mall is a five minuet walk, and Brier Creek is a five minuet drive.

Maybe it's just what building I am in, but I've never had a problem with noise, trash removal or neighbors. I'm not saying that these things never happen, but at least in my complex it does not.

I would suggest that previous commentors who feel this place is turning into the "hood", have a completely ridiculous idea of what the hood is.

Management are all very friendly, and the one time I've called to have something fixed, they came and fixed it the next day.

I will admit that the gate is really dumb. It's not an unsafe area by any means, so the gate is just an annoyance for those who live here that does not add any protection.

If it's not an "unsafe" area, why are there gang members living in the building at the end of Folsom Lane and graffitti on the stairwell to the shopping center and cars getting "hit and run" in the parking lot? You know, there are security cameras in the parking lot that are never under surveilance or even being taped??? Not to mention when you have a REAL problem with something, the office manager blows you off saying, "That's not our responsiblilty and we can't help you."
