Simply put, in my time here this place has declined sharply. The office staff is highly incompetent and unhelpful. There are drug deals that go on in the parking lot, you can't find a parking space. There are 3-5 people in a one bedroom apartment, and they don't do anymore background checks because it looks more like Folsom Prison than Folsom Lane. When my wife and I moved into our small one bedroom apartment, the wallpaper was sagging off the walls. Now, everything is falling apart. They provide a package holding "service" in the office, but they don't watch or care who takes packages. Anyone could walk in there and take a package, but Indigo claims it is not their responsibility. When my wife and I returned from our honeymoon, we got a five day old message from the office stating they would not take our rent checks....after holding on to them for at least a week. Simply put, in the last year I have a terrible renting experience. I hate it here.

I've lived here for awhile too, and it has really gone down hill! I totally agree!
