I've lived here for several months now...mostly because the price was so good and location was so convenient. I read these reviews before moving in and was a bit nervous, but my experience here so far has been fine. I never hear my neighbors, have never had a problem with the office staff, and the office has never lost my rent check. I feel safe here and can get to work and shopping very easily.
