The location was great, near work places in the triangle and commercial areas (Brier Creek/Walmart/Airport, Food Lion right next door). The complex was very clean. The apartment was in good shape; they were built in 2001. If you're looking for friendly neighbors, don't bother. If you want a place to live without getting involved with other tenants, I'd go for it. I stayed in it based on recommendation from a friend and have also recommended it to a friend. It's also quite affordable. Note that I lived there for 6 months.

As far as safety, there was never an issue. It's a gated community but it seems like people can go in as they please. Regardless, I never even had a concern.
