I live here happily around 4 years. I moved to a different (smaller) unit in the complex to get a special offer $1000 off (for 1 year rent contract). I was looking for a new apartment nearby and couldn't find better (considering: price, community and landscaping). Pool is nice, fitness room is maintained. Any repair request were handled quickly (the same day). Big pluses: N0 crouches! Maintained units! Safe! Minus: Community is sometimes a little louder(car music, horns ...)But honestly say - you find some problem everywhere. I really recommend to live here. Great place.
