The apartment themselves are very nice and all of the facilities are very well maintained. I have a pretty noisy upstairs neighbor, but I think a lot of the problem comes from the design of the ceilings in that there's little sound insulation it seems.

Very safe and quiet area. I'm a younger college student, and the area isn't really my cup of tea, but it's pretty and quiet.
