I looked around the area for an apartment complex 6 months before needing to move. They agreed to call me 2 months before my move in date with everything available for me to pick. They never called. I was busy but finally called a few weeks later to make sure everything was ok and found they didn't have an apartment for me on the third floor, being a single female I will not live anywhere else and made that clear up front. So because they dropped the ball I'm having to bust my butt to get something somewhere else. 3 weeks later they have the gall to contact me about a "deal" on a bottom floor apartment. After their treatment I wouldn't trust the management. Glad I ended up not going even though the model and neighborhood looked great.
