Not impressed

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
We have lived at the Legends at Preston for 3 years now and it has dramatically gone down hill. The leasing agent who we orginally worked with was wonderful, but now everyone we deal with lacks proper customer service skills.
Our experience at this apartment complex was good our first year. This past year it seems everyhting has gone sour. We no longer have ample parking and my husband's car was broken into over Christmas. The pool is not always clean and does not have enough chairs for residents.
There was a resident who was murdered and we understand that it was a drug related crime, but it still made us a little uneasy. In the past 3 months we have also had the unfornuate experience of seeing the Morrisville cops at least once a week at our building. Our neightbors constantly are having domestic issues and the cops are regulars. We understand that these problems occur, but it gets annoying when the cops are coming at all hours to our building. Our parents and friends have also witnessed the police making their weekly appearance, so that has brought concern to them as well.
We have asked to speak to the Manager about this issue, but she failed to ever return our phone calls. Our calls were returned by the leasing agent, but we were leaving messages to speak with the manager. Her lack of response and rudeness has left a bad taste in our month and we will not be renewing our lease.
Overall, the apartments are nice, but the customer service and professionalism in the office is lacking.
