This is a letter that I sent to the area manager of Equity Apartments regarding the Legends at Preston:

Dear Mr. Batchelor:

I am a resident of the Legends at Preston apartment complex in
Morrisville, NC. I moved in on March 15 and have had an excellent
customer service experience. Before I moved in my point of contact was
Sandra Strenka. She was extremely helpful and accomodating. Especially
noteworthy was how she handled the floor plan that my wife and I wanted.
We wanted a Wright which was not available, so she reserved a Whitworth
for us, and said that she would keep an eye out for a Wright to come
available and would let us know as soon as it did. There were 4 Wrights
that were up for renewal that she was watching, but she did encourage us
to check out the Whitworth. She said it might be more to our liking. My
wife and I did and we love it (so she has good sales technique as well as
good customer service). When we visited the apartment in January, Sandra
was not working, but Amanda showed us the apartments and answered all of
our questions. And Rachel lives right below us and is always friendly and
helpful.

I have worked in customer service and believe that good customer service
needs to be recognized because it is often a thankless job. Everyone I
have encountered at Legends has been extremely professional and courteous,
but Sandra really went the extra mile in getting us processed, answering
all of our questions, and always always ALWAYS getting back to me in a
timely manner (and I ask a lot of questions). You have an excellent staff
here.
