Expensive, dirty, cheap construction, crappy kitchen, ghetto carpet, ghetto windows that draft in the winter, Wal-Mart return of a heat pump that never gets above 65. And if you live here, your water bill will be $50 a month because they buy their water from another city. If you live in Raleigh, it will be $40 EVERY TWO MONTHS!!

Pool is dirty, no chairs, I pee in the water because the bathrooms their are so dirty. Garage is the size of a bathroom.

Walls are so thin, you can hear everything your neighbor says, and all their stomping around. I had to use a golf ball retriever to bang on the ceiling to get them to quit stomping around.

The best part about living there'

I only had to live their for a year while they were building my house. We closed and moved out that very same day. Slept on a mattress and went back for the rest of our stuff later on that week. I was in a hurry to get out.

When you do rent their for a year, be prepared for them to jack up your price. We needed an extra month and they charged us only what one month would cost at our increased rate. This was not a month to month rate, but the actual rate we would have had to pay to sign a new lease. It was over $1000 a month for an apartment!! Hell, you can buy a $250K house for that kind of cash.

I can't believe someone wrote this... I don't know who pissed you off... but get a life... The Legends at Preston have been nothing but wonderful since I have lived here... CLEAN BATHROOMS!!! To the staff and any potential neighboors, don't let this JERKS thoughts turn you against this nice apartment community.
