First of all they will lie to you in a heart beat. They lied and told me i was getting a different apartment. They told me that i could get my money back (Half of it) when i first filled out the app. So when i decide that i do not want to stay there the leasing officer tells me that she told me i could get it back but that is not true so I was STUCK! My apartment is about 800 sqft and my electricity bill is almost $80 a month. I LIVE BY MYSELF! Ok, besides that it is great, right' WRONG! I can hear whenever my neighbors are in the bathroom, tub, or in the bedroom. It does not matter where they are.
My apartment was leaking water the entire time i was there. I told them and they never came but said that they did. Water comes into the fire place and they do not care. The people in the office are so fake. If they smile in your face do not think they are friendly. I have been out with then outside of the apartment. So i know what is said.
