I have lived here for almost 2 years and have lived in 2 different apartments at The Legends. My experiences have been nothing but wonderful. My neighbors are nice, the maintenance guys are always quick to respond and I have never had any problems with any of the office staff. My rent did increase a little bit on the last apartment I had, which is why I downsized, but I understand that happens if you rent at a really reduced rate originally.

I hear the train and airplanes, but it's not extreme. I hear my neighbors from time to time, but that is just a part of apartment living.
