I have lived here going on 2 years now and really like it. In the summer the pools are great and well maintained. I communicate with the office staff often when I go in to get packages and they are always friendly and helpful. The maintnance guys are very nice and surprisingly fast for getting your work orders completed. I have lived in various apartment communities and as a renter I have been most pleased with this community. I reccomend The Legends at Preston to anyone who is looking for a great place to live.
